 Minimum order quantity (MOQ)
No minimum order quantity limited,any quantity is welcomed.(kindly note:For oversea's buyers. MOQ is 13~15pcs is recommended, instead of 1 pcs only. because that one pcs will be high in price including the FOB cost and Sea Freight cost.)

Shipment service
We can help to find a good shipping forwarder to ship the goods to the destination port. However,if you have a good shipping forwarder,we can also use yours.

Type of payment
T/T with deposit for production arrangement, balance payment when the goods ready.

Products warranty                                                                                                         
One year against manufacture defect  and we offer lifetime consultation on problems occurred.

Prodution lead time
One 40ft or 40'HC container will be 20~25 days.

Replacement Policy
 In case that any defect item is found,please send us emails with specifics and pictures. We will send replacements part like the legs/arms/cushions to repair the furnitures or make new replacement in any coming orders.Considerating the overseas' long distance apart from Serbia, small spare part for urgent needed can be sent by DHL (Less than 100EUR DHL fees) and big spare part (Over 100EUR deliver cost) can be sent by next coming order. In another way we will solve as discount with next order. We anyhow will give the solution for meeting any problem.

Products Inspection terms                                                                                                            
 If new customer require to come to inspect goods, we can only provide the random inspection due to our warehouse size limited. Please kindly inform us one month in advance in case of the inspection is needed.
